Foodbank Friday 2025: Supplier donations part 2
Our 2025 Foodbank Friday campaign continues with even more incredible generosity from our supplier community. These donations provide essential household, personal care, and food items to Newcastle West End Foodbank, helping to support families through another challenging year.
Bio-D

Bio-D continue to lead the way in sustainable, ethical cleaning products. Their donation of both personal care and home cleaning essentials will help households stay clean, safe, and comfortable without the burden of extra cost. This year they have donated:
- Plum & Mulberry Soap Bar x 10 cases
- Dishwash Bar x 10 cases
- Lime & Aloe Vera Soap Bar x 5 cases
- Home & Garden Cleaner x 5 cases
- Laundry & Stain Remover Bar x 5 cases
- All Purpose Mandarin Sanitiser x 15 cases
Cafédirect
Cafédirect’s generous donation of 4,300 coffee bags will bring comfort to thousands of people who rely on the foodbank. Known for championing smallholder growers and fair trading practices, Cafédirect’s support extends far beyond great coffee, it strengthens communities.
Dr Organic
Dr Organic has donated over 270 natural personal care products, including shampoo and conditioner, soaps, deodorants, and toothpastes. Their gentle, effective formulations provide much needed everyday essentials that many families can’t easily afford.
Good Bubble


Good Bubble’s child friendly Peppa Pig range will be a welcome treat for families with young children adding a little fun to bath time while providing gentle, effective products. The have donated:

- Peppa Pig Bubble Bath x 18
- Peppa Pig Hair Detangling Spray x 18
Green People

Green People have donated around 100 of their high quality skin care and sun care products, including gentle SPF and nourishing hand wash. These thoughtful contributions support everyday wellbeing and skin health, offering practical items that will be genuinely useful for the families supported by the foodbank.
LoofCo

Useful, durable, and plastic free. LoofCo have donated a box of body loofahs that offer a natural and long lasting alternative to synthetic sponges. A simple, practical item that will be genuinely appreciated by many.
The Cheeky Panda

Donation: 1,260 packs of balsam tissues
Soft, sustainable and FSC-certified, The Cheeky Panda’s tissues make sure more households have access to gentle personal care products made from fast growing bamboo, not trees.
Zaytoun

Returning with another incredibly generous gift, Zaytoun have donated 50kg of their delicious Medjoul dates – a nourishing, high energy food that families love and that carries a powerful story of fair trade and community resilience.
