Skin friendly smoothie recipe: Cherry Super Cacao

The Cherry, Walnut & Super-Cacao skin friendly smoothie recipe is easy to make and tastes amazing, as well as packing in ingredients that keep you looking and feeling amazing too.
Eating a diet rich in antioxidants helps protect skin from dryness, fine lines and premature ageing. One of the tastiest (and easy!) ways to do this is to make this superfruit smoothie in the morning packed with Aduna’s NEW Super Cacao and antioxidant-rich foods.
2 tbsp Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
1 cup of fresh or frozen cherries
1 cup of milk or dairy-free milk (coconut milk works well)
¼ cup of walnuts
1 peeled ripe banana
1 tsp honey (optional)
Add in a couple of ice cubes to chill
Simply add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and sip your way to beautiful skin!
