We have used this for some months now with no ill effects to our precious coffee machine. It is a bean to cup machine that is 8 years old now. We were too frightened to use anything but the manufacturers recommended cleaning and descaling products for many years. However, just over a year ago we took the plunge with the Ecozone Coffee Machine Cleaner and Descaler and we haven't looked back since. It is much better value for money too. Great product, would highly recommend.

Easy to use and keeps the coffee machine going strong - our water is very hard even though we filter it. We’ve used this product for several years now having tried all sorts of others. It is quick to flush through -some other makes recommend you flush 5 times before using the machine!

This is a very easy to use and efficient descaler. The water here is horrendous for deposits on the coffee machine and in the water boiler. This has sorted the problem out easily and efficiently.
