Autumn apple date bark recipe

A sweet way to support Palestinian farmers
When we think about the food on our tables, it’s easy to forget the people and communities behind it. That’s why we’re shining a light on Palestinian farmers and celebrating the delicious, nourishing products they bring to the world.
For over 20 years, Zaytoun has partnered with Palestinian farmers through a fair trade model. This means farmers are paid fairly for their work, ensuring sustainable livelihoods. From dates and almonds to olive oil and za’atar, their produce is rich in both flavour and history.
We’ve created a recipe that highlights two of their most loved products: sweet medjoul dates and crunchy almonds. The result? A simple, wholesome apple date bark that’s perfect for snacking, sharing, or gifting.
