An interesting alternative to in-a-can shaving foam. Works well, lasts a long time.

Fab. I loved it but I stopped shaving my legs a few weeks after I got it. My Boyfriend uses it for his face now and he loves it just as much. Gentle enough for soft facial skin

My recommendation is to lather with water in the hands and then apply to a dry face. Glides nicely, smells fine, and no skin reactions, which I often suffer from. Wuold happily buy this again.

My husband was a dyed in the wool foam user, then he surprised me by liking Dr Bronners, then he amazed me by moving onto this! He is rather fussy about this sort of thing so it must be good. He says it gives a good shave, no sensitivity and he feels "rugged" just using a bar :) Whatever it takes is what I say. I have bought it for my teenage sons and have also been surprised they are happy too. So now I am thinking of trying it for myself (I normally just use normal soap for my legs etc) and can save even more money by buying a box of 6. It lasts well and most importantly does not go soggy in the dish. Nor does it crack when dry. Fantastic that it just comes in a cardboard box...no plastic wrapper, no plastic tube, no foam can, no nasty chemicals. If only everything were like this! Oh and by the way, none of the men in my family use a brush, they just put a bit on their hands, lather on their face and they're away. Rugged indeed.

Amazing product, better than any shaving foam I've ever used and so much cheaper, I have a feeling this will last me a very long time as I've had it two months now and still almost a full bar. No irritation and I have very sensitive skin, gives you a nice close shave leaving you with a lovely smooth finish.

First alternative to shaving foam or shaving oil I've found that works well enough for me to order again. Used in combination with the sisal soap pouch is genuinely the smoothest, long lasting, least irritable shave I've ever achieved. Delighted! Just need to find away to eliminate the pesky razors from the process now (or find one that lasts forever!)

INCREDIBLE! Favourite thing I've ever bought!
Wet your hand, rub just the top twice and then boom what's on your hand will do one full leg! As soon as you rub it on your skin it becomes more soapy and just covers everywhere!
Very moisturising, I don't even use my moisturiser afterwards anymore because it feels so lovely.
Gets the hairs off better than any foam I've ever used.
Also doesn't irritate pubic area, and I have fairly sensitive skin.
Also creates almost like a moisturising film so times where my razor normally stings or cuts, the soap actually seems to protect my skin from that and still gets all the hairs. Don't know if it's intentional but that's what I've found.

For shaving, works well despite being less frothy than I am used to. Skin likes it, no rash. If it were a flattened semi-sphere in shape it would fit into a wooden bowl that I have left over from a previous product.

I love this bar, it's so gentle and really gives me a smooth shave. It doesn't leave me with an itchy or hideous bumps either.

I love this shaving soap. I always get bit rush after using different products for my legs and bikini but this soap is so kind for my skin and makes shaving easer. Highly recommended
