Suitable for vegans and vegetarains. Free from gluten, dairy, nuts, sugar, palm oil, GM ingredients, artficial preservatives, flavours and colours.

Tomato (45%), onion (37%), rapeseed oil, tamarind puree (2.5%), garlic puree, ginger puree, spices, (contains MUSTARD), salt, concentrated lemon juice, coriander leaf, green chillies, paprika, coriander, cumin seeds.

Usage Instructions
Step 1: Pour Punjaban into a non-stick pan and bring to the boil
Step 2: Add approximately 400g of cooked or uncooked chicken, meat or vegetables.
Step 3: Stir and simmer gently until ingredients are cooked and then serve with rice, Punjaban naan or Punjaban chapattis. (Add a little water if necessary.)

Tried this on the strength of the previous 5-star review and I'm so glad I did - it's delicious. It's so handy to whip up a quick tofu/veggie stir fry. I sometimes add a bit of oat cream or yoghurt and make the jar last for two meals.

Charanjit “Charlie” Sapal’s curry sauces, breads, pickles and chutneys started as family recipes, but proved so popular that in 2010 she began to produce them professionally. Now she runs the business alongside her children Gurjeet and Ria. As befits a family business, authenticity is central to everything they do.
