A dairy free ‘butter’ chicken curry sauce from Punjaban, an all-in-one sauce that combines onions, tomatoes and Punjabi spices for the perfect curry taste. This authentic vegan curry sauce is free from artificial ingredients and will make a delicious meal for all the family.
Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, sugar, palm oil, GM ingredients, artificial preservatives, artificial flavours and artificial colours.

Ingredients
Tomato (46%), Onion (38%), Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Spices, Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Paprika, Coriander, Green Chillies, Cumin Seeds.

Usage Instructions
Step 1: Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan. Add Punjaban and 1/8 jar water, bring to simmer.
Step 2: Add approx 400g of diced chicken, or vegan alternative and simmer until fully cooked.
Step 3: OPTIONAL - Gently stir in 1 tbsp of cream or yoghurt (or dairy free alternative) to create the perfect wonderfully spiced creamy butter chicken.

About Punjaban
Charanjit “Charlie” Sapal’s curry sauces, breads, pickles and chutneys started as family recipes, but proved so popular that in 2010 she began to produce them professionally. Now she runs the business alongside her children Gurjeet and Ria. As befits a family business, authenticity is central to everything they do. The recipes are the same as ever with no additives or preservatives and everything’s gluten-free.
