Really tasty quick sauce, fab that it's vegan.
A delicious Jalfrezi sauce with a slight tangy, fruitiness to it.
The instructions suggest adding an 8th of a jar of water when it's being cooked, I did this but for me it watered it down too much. The following evening I didn't use the water and enjoyed it much more (as a suggestion, you can add some of the Eswatini Fire Sauce if you really want to spice it up).

Charanjit “Charlie” Sapal’s curry sauces, breads, pickles and chutneys started as family recipes, but proved so popular that in 2010 she began to produce them professionally. Now she runs the business alongside her children Gurjeet and Ria. As befits a family business, authenticity is central to everything they do.
