Charanjit “Charlie” Sapal’s curry sauces, breads, pickles and chutneys started as family recipes, but proved so popular that in 2010 she began to produce them professionally. Now she runs the business alongside her children Gurjeet and Ria. As befits a family business, authenticity is central to everything they do. The recipes are the same as ever with no additives or preservatives and everything’s gluten-free.
