I use this in a vegan bolognese to have with spaghetti or as a shepherd pie base. Works really well. It does need a lot of liquid when you cook with it, eg tinned tomatoes. A little soya mince goes a long way.

This is a great product which is so easy and convenient to use. It has no flavour of course but adapts well to jar sauces and makes for easy meal. Always have some to hand. Lasts a long time too.
