Made from just three key ingredients – organic whole soya beans, spring water from Mount Fuji, and Nigari a mineral derived from sea water – Clearspring Organic Long Life Tofu has been created to be more versatile, but taste just as good as fresh tofu.
Tetrapak packaging, widely recycled in UK.

Good tofu! I didn't realise it was silken tofu, but then I did, I just learned how to cook that as I hasn't cooked it before. Was quite tasty!! Definitely check wether your recipes call for silken or firm!

Great product to make a vegan chocolate mousse - drain and whizz up with 40g cocoa powder, 20g or so of coconut oil or a good nut butter, a couple of tablespoons of syrup or a nice jam or jelly. Very rich!
