I use this in a vegan bolognese to have with spaghetti or as a shepherd pie base. Works really well. It does need a lot of liquid when you cook with it, eg tinned tomatoes. A little soya mince goes a long way.

This is a great product which is so easy and convenient to use. It has no flavour of course but adapts well to jar sauces and makes for easy meal. Always have some to hand. Lasts a long time too.

I really like it! You have to prepare and marinade it properly to get enough flavour, but if you do its delicious, and such great protein content. I made bolognese for my meat eating partner and it was a hit. The texture is wonderful. And the brand's website says the packaging is BPA free, a massive plus! Great to have in the cupboard
