Healthy tasty snack. Only one drawback, the skins are a little tough when you eat them as is.

A very very delicious snack, very juicy and sweet, I have moved to a vegan diet and I love these. Wish the price was a bit lower.

Soak overnight with apricots and mango, bring to the boil then cool for a delicious fruit compote, eat alone or with yoghurt, muesli etc for breakfast or dessert. An excellent substitute for strong laxatives for those of us on high therapeutic doses of morphine for cancer pain!

Probably need to soak these as they are a little tough eaten straight from the pack. Also watch out for stones - although they pack says they are pitted.

Haven't used them yet, but will do so later in the year when the selection of fruit is less in the shops.

I eat a couple of prunes every day. Keeps me regular, these are a lovely example, though, my husband had a stone in one of his.
