These millet flakes are the tastiest I've tried (much better than Holland & Barrett's) and preparation is much quicker than millet grains. I eat them hot and cold (porridge and muesli).

This is tasty and slightly nutty. Works well as a porridge on its own or with oats.rnI also add it homemade muesli and find that it mixes well and adds texture/taste.rnThis is quite finely milled - the flakes are very small.
