Like another reviewer states: this is true Ceylon cinnamon and not Cassia. Hard to find and much better for you. Also, price is competitive with elsewhere even when not on special offer.

Very nice. Not very easy to pour it as it is simply in a plastic sachet, but it's not too much of a problem. Still very satisfied. Perfect on sweet potato!

This product is reasonably priced especially in view of it's being organic and from Sri Lanka. I use it daily on soaked oats (exciting life!). I do find a slight problem with the packaging as it seems to spill out. I now transfer it immediately on opening into a spice jar.

Q: Is this cinnamon 'non-irradiated'?
A: Hi, organic foods are not allowed to be irradiated, so this cinnamon is 'non-irradiated'. Robyn.
