So yummy and adds some good nutrients in to your meal too. Grind up with some salted roast cashews for a delicious 'vegan parmesan' alternative!

Normally I use the blue one, but got these as they also have vitamin D - helpful for thickening and adding flavour to things I might have put grated cheese on in the past (most things!)
