The box had broken by the time it arrived, so I think it has been harder to use, plus I had a tap, but didn't realise I needed another part to the tap, so it leaks when I turn it on its side to fill my bottle - I need to buy the extra green bit

Please can you move the bit about having to buy the tap to the top of the description! I didn't bother reading the product description because it's only a box of cleaner and I've bought Ecover bag-in-a-boxes before that have had their own tap. I now have to wait 15 days for the tap to be back in stock - irritating!
