Made a really delicious baked mushroom risotto with these and the Kallo stock cubes. Have plenty left to use again.

Watch out with these packets.! I bought 2 ; the contents of one packet weighed 21g (using a balance scale). The other which is still opened weighs just 30g gross. This makes them rather expensive.
