This organic nutmeg is very versatile, it has a warm, spicy aroma and can be used in sweet and savoury cooking. It is a component of the classic béchamel sauce, tastes great in mashed root veg and is used to flavour a host of cakes, pastries, puddings and custards.

The cardboard packet is completely recyclable and the inner film is compostable at home.
