Also known as pudding spice, mixed spice is a British blend of sweet spices which can be used in Christmas cake to add sweetness and flavour to suet and dried fruits, puddings, cookies, cupcakes, gingerbread and more. It is often used to complement fruits or other sweet foods and can also be used to season oriental stir fries too.
