Spice Kitchen is a family-run company, founded in 2012 by Shashi and Sanjay Aggarwal, blending generations of culinary expertise with a passion for high-quality spices. Rooted in Shashi’s deep knowledge of Indian masalas and Sanjay’s global culinary curiosity, the brand began with their now-famous Indian Spice Tin. Each tin is lovingly crafted, featuring Shashi’s award-winning garam masala and wrapped in hand-sewn recycled silk saris, a thoughtful detail that adds a touch of elegance. Today, their range includes spice collections inspired by cuisines from around the world, catering to everyone from curry enthusiasts to gin lovers.
 
Guided by a commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and community impact, Spice Kitchen supports meaningful causes like the Akshaya Patra Foundation and Curry for Change, donating meals and spices to those in need.
