This Shipton Mill plain white organic flour is made with a perfect blend of a rare single variety of English wheat called Maris Widgeon and a high-quality organic wheat from Europe and is great for baking delicious white bread. Maris Widgeon is an ancient grain, traditionally grown because of the quality of its straw which is prized by thatchers. The grain is well suited to sustainable organic farming, and has an excellent quality and flavour.

Free from palm oil, GM ingredients and artificial ingredients. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Packaged in a recyclable paper bag.

Shipton Mill, based in Shipton Moyne Wood, has been making flour for hundreds of years, keeping to the traditional methods of when it was found. It uses traditional grain to produce a wide range of organic flours suitable for baking anything from bread and cakes to pastries, making sure there is something for everyone in their organic product range.

Shipton is committed to being kind to the environment, and so its ingredients are sourced from local farms to cut down on carbon emissions from transport, but also to support the local community. It also uses transport methods least damaging to the environment where possible when importing and uses excess energy from the milling process to power its offices.

  Delivered via Evri courier. UK orders will normally be received within 5 working days. Choose this option if you're not in a hurry to receive your order and we'll use the most efficient delivery method possible.
• Express Delivery - £7.95 (Only available for UK delivery)
  Delivered via DPD courier, requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery next working day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri). This method will require a signature, please ensure somebody will be available to sign. You will also receive tracking alerts via SMS/email from DPD to keep you updated on your delivery.
