These gluten free shortbread biscuits are deliciously crumbly and will melt in the mouth. As well as being suitable for coeliacs this delicious shortbread is vegan friendly, dairy free and suitable for those suffering from lactose intolerance.
Ingredients
Flour (rice, tapioca, corn), dairy-free margarine [palm oil*, rape seed oil, water, salt, emulsifier (mono-& diglycerides), natural vegetable colours (curcumin, annatto), natural flavouring], sugar, soya lecithin.
*Palm oil is RSPO certified.
Contains soya. May contain nuts

Verified product owner
I did not enjoy these at all. They feel chalky and really don't have any flavour beyond the rice flour. If you have a restricted diet or have been GF/DF etc for a long time and your palette is used to the way that changes the flavour and texture of food you may find these a good stand-in for traditional shortbread. If you're like me, just starting out and looking for a sweet treat, I would not recommend these biscuits.
