Tasty shortbread. Lazy Days is a great nut free producer that you can rely on and useful when catering for multiple dietary requirements. It would be helpful if it were easier to search for nut free items on this website.

I did not enjoy these at all. They feel chalky and really don't have any flavour beyond the rice flour. If you have a restricted diet or have been GF/DF etc for a long time and your palette is used to the way that changes the flavour and texture of food you may find these a good stand-in for traditional shortbread. If you're like me, just starting out and looking for a sweet treat, I would not recommend these biscuits.
