1 Questions
Jacqueline asked this question on 7th Jan 2024
Q: Is this suitable for human consumption e.g. in the making of baking powder?
A: Hello,
Ecoliving have replied with the following: The bicarb is food grade - however as we do not prepare it as use for food - it is prepared in our production facility that is not food grade standard - we would advise NOT to use in cooking.
I hope this helps!
