These organic Amaizin rice paper sheets are perfect for making your own Vietnamese snacks and appetisers; using them as traditional bánh tráng rice wrappers. These can let you make spring rolls that are often filled with rice vermicelli, seafood with vegetables and seasonings. DO NOT BUY IT!! This product is absolutely useless. I got it for the first time and what a disappointment. I have been making vietnamese spring rolls since 2007 and I am good at it. This product is impossible to roll as it breaks as you do so. I checked the ingredients and it has tapioca flour added to the rice flour., Why? Have the makers of it even tried it out before trying to sell it to us? The real thing has only rice to it. Avoid it like a plague.

Some were a little damaged but this is to be expected given the journey. You can still use them though - patch up hole-y ones, make little dim-sum or break up and mix into soups.

These brittle rice papers do not fare well in the postal system! They arrived in smithereens so never got to use them. Ethical Superstore's minimalist approach to packaging just makes it worse, so if you want to try these rice wrappers I'd suggest finding them in a shop rather than ordering online.
