this was my first try with shampoo bars. I gave it a good try for over a week, followed all the advice on shampoo bars and used a ph balancing rinse as well but it left so much waxy product on my hair no matter what I did and my hair was coming out from the friction when trying to brush through with my fingers. I do live in a hard water area but I was surprised how bad it was. ive gone back to normal shampoo for now and will try another bar some time
