By far the best change cream on the market. It smells lovely, has rich oils in it that keep baby's bottom skin in really good condition, and very good at preventing nappy rash (particularly if your child goes to nursery where changing routines may mean they get left a little longer). It works overnight too and you only need a pea sized amount so although it is more expensive than some brands it can last you months. Only thing I would say is that it doesn't treat nappy rash itself (other than a slight reaction) very well as its not designed for that - if you get a bad reaction then you will need to treat this with washing, air time, rash creams etc if needed. But it is a great preventative and you don't have to use it for every change for it to be effective.

Top marks we have never had to deal with. Apply rash thanks to this product. I also find its great on dry skin and putting under there nose if they have a cold and a constant runny nose.

The best nappy change cream product I've used so far.

Takes redness away quickly - I've also used it on my baby's neck where he's had a rash from dribbling. Gentle scent and nice creamy consistency.

Smells lovely and no nasties

A lovely product. Nice creamy consistency, not too thick. Have tried other nappy creams on my little boy but this is the only one to work consistently.

I've used this nappy cream as a preventitive barrier at every nappy change with both my son and daughter and they have never had nappy rash! I should also mention that this is in conjunction with cotton cloth nappies

This cream may seem expensive but it works so quickly you'll find you end up using much less of it. It's also not as sticky as the mainstream alternative so it doesn't end up smearing everywhere.
