As well as spreading on bread, it's great when added to curry' for making Indonesian style satay sauce and also as an ingredient to no bake flapjacks.

oily at the top, dry and hard at the bottom.scoop it all out, give it a mix and then put it all back in the jar. or . mix in with some good oil once you get to the hard bit.
