Absolutely gorgeous relish. I eat mine with cold meats, with a pate sandwich or with cheese and biscuits. You can really taste the fruity figs and the slight saltiness of the olives with a slight crunch of the almonds which give it an added texture. Buy it by the case - just wish the jars were bigger!
