Beautiful, quite light but very flavoursome ‘nutty’ olive oil. Agree that the tin often arrives slightly damaged but nothing to worry about. A fine oil

Really tasty olive oil, and good value in this volume. But like another reviewer has said, I've had two of the metal containers arrive damaged, thankfully they didn't leak, but I do open the box with a bit of trepidation when it's in my order.

I wanted to check the oil in stock is the new harvest from last autumn and indeed from a call this morning, the sell by date is autumn 22 so I’ve ordered 2 cans. It’s cheaper than before for some reason yet this oil is the one a certain very famous restaurant uses for their dips, rather than their own very expensive one. Yo !rnIt’s very good

Olive oil is good, but the metal container doesn't seem to travel that well. The last two that I ordered were squashed during delivery, not so badly they leaked, but I'm sure the container is a bit weaker, makes me take care about where I store it

Q: How recent is the harvest date when it’s sent out generally?

Please see the response from Olive Branch below.
"In our region of Crete, we harvest between the end of November to the beginning of December each year. Olives are a winter fruit and as the weather switches from summer to winter, they begin ripening. We pick them just as they start ripening (end of November to the beginning of December) as this produces the best quality extra virgin olive oil - a great balance between the fruity flavour and a low acidity (which is the key criteria for a top quality extra virgin olive oil). Once the olives are picked, they are cold pressed on the day of picking.
