I like peanut butter and cashew nuts, so I expected to enjoy this. I most certainly do, on toast, in sandwiches, used as a spread in cheese and lettuce sandwiches for extra goodness and flavour. Even the jar, having a small twist top lid, which are readily available, can be reused for home made preserve. Nothing wasted.
