So far this is a really good product, but the fact that it came wrapped (needlessly as far as I can tell) in plastic packaging is just exasperating! No plastic please.

Very good! Are excellent replacements for plastic brushes (for cleaning mugs and saucepans) and replacement heads are ingenious. Had a month and haven't needed to replace a head yet. Just remember to hang to dry otherwise the wood will blacken, and they won't do the work of a heavy duty scourer. All in all very pleased.
