Faith in Nature Shampoo Bar - Lavender & Geranium - 85g

I wanted to go plastic free in the shower and this was the first shampoo bar I bought. It smells great and was easy to use. My only criticism was that as the bar got smaller it became harder to use and by the end I was finding my hair was left feeling a little sticky. Not a disaster but I am trying other shampoos to see if they work better for me (currently on Earth Kind tea tree which is working very well). I do live in a hard water area which is probably having an impact on the effectiveness of this shampoo. My hair is fine but thick and wavy (2c). If you're following the Curly Girl method, this shampoo is approved.

This product is fantastic!rnI have read lots of reviews of other shampoo bars which says they do not lather much or leave hair greasy which has put me off trying until now, but this was great! I can't believe it doesn't have any SLS foaming agent! It lathers easily in your hands and then on your hair and my hair is bouncy and soft after first use. Will definitely buy this again and may try out the other scents too. Top product and great ethics. Win win!

Worth the extra money - i tried the cheaper bars but they left a residue on my hair over time. This bar lathers up well and leaves my hair feeling clean and residue free.

I really try to like solid shampoos for their environmental benefits, but have been put off by the way most of them leave my hair looking lifeless and unwashed. I have tried half a dozen shampoo bars over the past year or so, and not been impressed, but this one is amazing. Just a tiny bit on my hands works up into a thick, creamy lather on my hair, and it washes out very quickly. There is no sticky residue, my hair feels clean, soft and bouncy and stays feeling clean and fresh far longer than when I use a liquid shampoo. I won't be going back to bottle shampoo after this. Although the bar is expensive, you only need a tiny bit for it to work, and it lasts for ages. (Don't rub the bar on your hair, instead you need to lather it in your hands and rub the lather onto your hair)
