This is runny, not set honey. I find the flavour very weak as if it were produced by feeding bees just sugar rather than natural nectar and pollen. I much prefer the set honey from 'Essential Trading' sold by Ethical superstore.

Good honey, but it comes all the way from Mexico. So the impact of transport (CO2 emissions) may outweigh the environmental benefits of being organic.

Usually this honey is billiant in texture and taste. This one that was sent was revolting. It was rock hard and I could not get it out of the jar. It smelt and tasted of urine. I threw it out. I would reccomend you buy this product elsewhere.
