Good value pack. These work really well in our dishwasher. We're in a hard water area, so I prefer to add salt and rinse aid to the right level, not buy all-in-one.
Good tablets, but plastic /foil wrapper for each tablet make these an absolute no no from an environmental perspective. Avoid.

Really good, clean great. Only downside is the plastic wrapping on each tablet which kinda defeats the point of them being 'eco friendly'. It is mentioned on the product page under questions but wasn't mentioned in any other review, had I known this I would not have purchased this product.

I wanted so much to like these! I've been trying to reduce the amount of harsh chemicals we use in the house - for ethical reasons rather than allergies etc. These got great reviews so I took a punt. The first couple of washes came out clean. Then over the following couple of weeks, more and more items kept coming out dirty and having to go back in. In the end 75% of items were coming out with food caked all over them and needing to be hand washed - completely pointless! I should also point out that I clean my dishwasher every 6 weeks, keep it topped up with salt and rinse items before putting them in. In the end after using about 20 of these tablets, with great reluctance I've had to return to a high street brand leader as I gets everything spotless every time. Bit gutted.

Great for using alternatively with a stronger tablet as if these are used for a long period of time, I have found they don't clean as well and start to clog the dishwasher.

The new recipe Ecover DW tabs are better than the previous ones. We have a sensitive septic tank and need to use non-damaging products. What I particularly look for, aside from a product that does the job, is no lingering 'fragrance'. Who wants lemon smells left on their crockery? This product gets most things clean, leaves them reasonably shiny and doesn't smell. No problems with the tank either.

My husband and I live in a soft-water area, and we use Ecover dishwasher tablets with Ecover rinse aid and generic dishwasher salt. We tried Bio-D dish detergent, but it left a filmy residue on all of our crockery and glasses. We switched to Ecover, and literally in the first wash, our glasses came out sparkling and completely clean. Ecover is also far superior in removing food residue than Bio-D. It's worth paying a bit more for a very superior product.

Q: Are the tablets individually wrapped in plastic?

Thanks for the query. Yes, the tablets are individually wrapped in polypropylene which is 100% recyclable. The wrappers help to protect the tablets from moisture damage.
