Cornish Seaweed Company Organic sea Salad - 30g

This is just lovely and tasty! I use it mixed in my vegan egg to liven it for Sunday brunch, I mix it with rice to add in some nutrients and flavour. It is fantastic for making a vegan kedgeree using Banana Blossom and this as a substitute for the smoked haddock. Smoke it with Smoked Paprika. It's versatile for lots of dishes and excellent nutrition. A staple in my food cupboard!

This sea salad was very flavoursome, but rather dry.
Not suitable for eating without being mixed with something moist.

I regard this as a tasty and natural way to get a daily boost of assorted minerals, better than taking processed supplements. It can be sprinkled on many dishes, but it is true that you have to be careful about the flavour combinations - unsurprisingly it tastes of seaweed! But it seems to go well with my porridge and muesli, mixed in and slightly warmed.

I add the seaweed to soups, salads and tortillas. It is tasty and slightly salty.
