This organic and natural refill for the Compact Powder from Zao helps to set, mattify and balance your complexion leaving a smooth silky finish. The vegan formula contains bamboo powder which helps in the regeneration of your skin whilst reducing shine on oily skin. Wear on its own for a shine-free even complexion or on top of makeup to prolong wear throughout the day.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Free from parabens, triclosan, phthalates, mineral oils, animal testing, GMOs, artificial colours and fragrances. Contains ethically sourced mica.
Packaged in a tin pan with biodegradable cardboard envelope. Manufactured in Europe.

An almost zero waste product. I've been using this for over a year and intend to keep using. Colours are a bit limited. I use Cappuccino and Ivory together and this works for me. One star off for the unnecessary plastic label (that doesn't get a mention on the description). Any chance the label could be printed on paper or directly onto the cardboard packaging in the same way that other zero waste manufacturers are already doing?
- Our Response: Thank you for your review. The product information sheet we were sent by Zao when doing the products descriptions stated that these were plastic free. When I have seen your review I emailed to double check and they have informed me that they do in fact contain a plastic sticker to keep the packaging closed. I will update this on the products as we had this tagged as plastic free and apologise for any inconvenience. Kind Regards
