Ideal for seeds, seedlings and cuttings as no repotting is required this seedling tray is perfect for planting directly into the ground or into larger pots or containers and it’s a great eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic pots. Coir fibre allows roots to penetrate through the pot to continue to develop reducing the risk of transplanting shock and will degenerate into its natural components over time adding texture to the soil without changing the composition.

Plastic-Free Gardening sources its rubber from suppliers whose plantations are certified not to have not replaced natural forests, in this case, a small plantation in Sri Lanka. The workers receive a Fair Trade premium to help improve their working and living conditions.
