Please note: The metal neck and beading on this product are handmade by Cape Mental Health in South Africa and due to Covid they are classed as vulnerable and have been closed for over a year now. This means that some of the stock has a black shrink wrapped neck rather than the decoration, we are currently working on gathering new product images to reflect this change. We apologise for any inconvience caused but assure you that the product is exactly the same otherwise.
A culinary delicacy, U-KUVA iAFRICA Zulu Fire Sauce is delicious when used to marinade or added to a stir fry and it is all fairly traded. The wire and beadwork on each bottle is made by hand at Cape Mental Health Society, which is a work-haven for the mentally handicapped from the townships around Cape Town and represents the traditional neck rings that some African women wear. Everything about the sauce is Fair Trade and each bottle has an engaging traveller’s tale on the back of the bottle.
