Product Description
Delicious as a table sauce, for bbq’s, with pizza and as a marinade, you can use this on flame grilled lamb, pork, chicken, corn or vegetable skewers – in fact, if its been grilled, it will probably taste great with Safari BBQ! Made with fairly traded ingredients, it is tangy, fruity, sweet and spicy with a mild curry flavour and a background of peach and apricot.

Water, sugar (15%), spirit vinegar (11%), fruit chutney (dried apricots, peach pulp), tomato paste, canola oil, salt, modified corn starch, apricot jam (apricot puree, pectin), turmeric, paprika, coriander, onion, cumin, mustard powder, garlic powder, fenugreek, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, celery, nutmeg, black pepper, fennel, caramel, xanthan gum, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, preservative: sulphur dioxide.
