This delicious organic, vegan Sunflower Mince meat alternative by Sunflower Family is easy to prep, great for using in any meal, and will bring a subtle nutty flavour to any dish. Use in the same meals as mince, such as stuffed peppers, bolognese and tacos, no need to soak! Made with 100% sunflower protein, it is protein rich (53.8g plant based protein per 100g), free from common intolerances such as dairy and gentle on your digestive system.
No mixing and no soaking necessary (but possible). The Sunflower Mince can be sprinkled into a finished sauce or marinated to taste. Please note: the Sunflower Mince absorbs 2-3 times the amount of liquid.
Free from dairy, gluten, wheat, palm oil, GMO’s no added sugar, artificial flavours, artificial colours, and artificial preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
