Water, coconut cream (6%), textured vegan protein (3%) (rehydrated vegetable protein (water, wheat protein, pea protein, soya bean flour, potato protein), sunflower oil, natural flavours, spices, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid; dextrose, rice starch, vitamin b12, iron), modified maize starch, vegetable stock (yeast extracts, dried glucose syrup, salt, sunflower oil, onion powder, tomato powder, carrot extract), nutritional yeast (dried inactive yeast, thiamine (b1), riboflavin (b2), niacin (b3), pantothenic acid (b5), pyridoxine (b6), biotin (b7), folic acid (b9)), sage, white pepper.

I don't give 5 stars lightly but this is a perfect vegan version of canned cream of chicken soup. Absolutely delicious. No horrible palm oil which, in a perfect world, would never be classed as 'vegan '.
