Product Description
This traditional premium organic balsamic vinegar is produced by the Lorenzi family deep in the Modenese hills. Organically grown since 1977, all grapes that are used are grown on the family farm. This oak aged vinegar is at least five years old and uses the Trebbiano di Spagna, Trebbiano di Modena and Lambrusco Grasparossa grape varieties.
This product is suitable for a gluten free and vegan diet and made without the use of artificial colours or preservatives
