Product Description
This sustainable bamboo cup from Suma and @Bambuubrush is a great gift idea, perfect for outdoor dining and on-the-go. Every purchase supports @BambuuBrush's mission to educate and raise awareness on plastic pollution, whilst cleaning up and removing ocean bound plastics from our environment.
@BambuuBrush products are made from natural materials including bamboo and carnauba wax. All of these elements can, over time, break down in a home compost back to organic matter. As they are naturally occurring materials, they are biodegradable. Not only do they not add to plastic pollution and landfill, bamboo is also a highly sustainable resource. It grows rapidly, often reaching maturity in just a few years, and requires minimal water and fertiliser. Its extensive root system helps prevent soil erosion and improve soil fertility.
Made in a BSCI audited factory in China.

About Suma Wholefoods
Suma is the UK’s largest independent wholefood distributor. It specialises in vegetarian, fairly traded, organic, ethical and natural products. Now under its own brand it also has a wide range of food and non-food products. Taking an ethical approach runs to very heart of what Suma is about. For foods, this means that you can expect great taste and value plus an ethical approach in every decision. For example, products containing eggs use free-range eggs; organic and speciality-diet alternatives are stocked whenever possible; and vegetarian really means vegetarian, with no animal or fish derivatives used in production. Non-food products are subject to the same strict conditions, so their cosmetics and household products must be cruelty-free and environmentally friendly.
