This mini cake is absolutely delicious; however, it's crumbly, rather than moist. Not a problem if you take off the wrapping and douse it in whatever you fancy. The icing is too hard to cut through even with a sharp knife, so best eaten like a biscuit. Finally, when I make these at home, I go through the dried fruit and pull off the stalks. Too time-consuming to be commercially viable, obviously, but it does mean that the cake is a little 'gritty'.
