It's thicker than I'd like but because my head doesn't sink into it it doesn't make my head too hot.

Shorter than I expected and by conventional pillows by a good 20cm (pay attention to the dimensions in the description!), but other than that, I honestly can't fault it at all. I bought this to replace an old and worn out memory foam pillow I had previously, and for me memory foam is the best thing to support my head and keep my body in alignment otherwise I get terrible back pain. I was concerned this time to support the environment so that I could sleep at night metaphorically as well as literally. This is great. It has just the right amount of give and spring back, I've never felt so comfortable.
