Absolutely awesome stuff. I like making omelette out of this as I find it easier than trying to scramble it! I end up putting 200ml of water per 50g of product as I find 250ml makes it too sticky/liquidy as a consistency/ We have this for breakfasdt every saturday and my vegetarian partner likes it more than egg-omelette and has recommended it to his family, too!! Definitely a little messy sometimes but if you keep trying and find your own way to cook it, it is defintiely a great product.
Delighted I found this product. Just add water and small amount of oil for the basic mix. I have then used it to make an omelette (my daughter asked who I was making it for as she thought it really was egg), scrambled \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'egg\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' and dipped bread in it to make French \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'eggy\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' toast. Made with gram (chick pea) flour which gives it a slight flavour. Yet to try it too make a quiche but am hopeful!
