Have cooked it once and having chemo at the moment so taste buds are not fully operational but still tasted good. I'll need to practise how to make it as don't think I got the scrambling technique quite right. But a good purchase and ready for a sneaky avo on toast with scrambled eggs soon!
When I first tried this, was a bit nervous...but now just love it! A vegan Sunday brunch now complete and I add in some sea salad to the mix, fry scramble the mix and voila, perfect vegan egg substitute. Wouldn't be without this staple now and its light on the digestion too!

Absolutely awesome stuff. I like making omelette out of this as I find it easier than trying to scramble it! I end up putting 200ml of water per 50g of product as I find 250ml makes it too sticky/liquidy as a consistency/ We have this for breakfasdt every saturday and my vegetarian partner likes it more than egg-omelette and has recommended it to his family, too!! Definitely a little messy sometimes but if you keep trying and find your own way to cook it, it is defintiely a great product.
Delighted I found this product. Just add water and small amount of oil for the basic mix. I have then used it to make an omelette (my daughter asked who I was making it for as she thought it really was egg), scrambled \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'egg\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' and dipped bread in it to make French \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'eggy\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' toast. Made with gram (chick pea) flour which gives it a slight flavour. Yet to try it too make a quiche but am hopeful!

Q: Our daughter has a severe nut allergy. Do you use nuts in your factory?
A: Hello,
I have had a response back from Orgran and this is what they have advised:
Thank you for your below email and can confirm that they are completely nut free.
Also our Office, Warehouse and Production are a nut free zone.
I hope this helps!
