100% natural, this deliciously fresh and zesty extra virgin olive oil is made from ripe locally grown lemons cold pressed together with early harvest Koroneiki olives to produce an intensely flavoured oil. A beautiful finishing oil offering a fresh lemon aroma which continues into the taste with a hyper zesty flavour complemented by the fruity, nutty and peppery extra virgin olive oil. The perfect partner for salad dressings, pesto and fish dishes.
Hand picked and cold pressed within hours by farmers in Lasithi in SE Crete, preserving traditional harvesting methods and respecting age old traditions, the Koroneiki olives are harvested at the same time of the year and cold pressed at the community co-operative that has been the soul of the community for many generations.
Olive Branch oil has a naturally low acidity which delivers a superior quality flavour with a higher than average natural antioxidant content.
Free from dairy, palm oil, GM ingredients, artificial preservatives, artificial flavours and artificial colours
